Zalio is operated by TaxMate LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. TaxMate LLC is the data controller responsible for the information described below.

What we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, and securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google—never your Google password.

Content you create in Zalio may include contacts, companies, deals, tasks, calendar events, invoices, products, files, projects, knowledge-base articles, email campaigns, web-form submissions, and chat and messaging history.

AI features and providers

Zalio’s AI features send relevant content to Google’s Gemini API for processing and return the result to you. Please do not submit information you are not permitted to share with a third-party processor. AI output can be inaccurate; review it before relying on it.

We use Convex for application hosting and database services, Google for AI and optional sign-in, Stripe for payments, and Twilio for telephony and SMS where enabled. We do not sell personal information or use your business content to train AI models.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and you can close your account at any time. For privacy requests, email daunte1217@gmail.com.

Retention and security

We keep data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete workspace content and remove or anonymise backups within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention. Data is encrypted in transit and access to production systems is restricted.
