Terms of Service

Effective July 29, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and TaxMate LLC, a Michigan limited liability company that operates Zalio. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Zalio is a customer relationship management platform with built-in AI assistants, including contact and deal management, invoicing, email and messaging tools, projects, a knowledge base, and an AI receptionist.

Your account and data

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You keep all rights to the content and data you put into Zalio. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the service.

Trial and billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial without a payment card. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the period paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zalio to send unsolicited bulk email or SMS, breach anti-spam or telemarketing law, record calls without legally required consent, upload unlawful material or malware, attack the service, bypass usage limits, or reverse engineer the service.

AI features

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It is assistance, not professional advice. Review AI output before sending it to a customer or relying on it. You are responsible for what you publish or send.
